Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
If you choose to return your order, you will receive a full refund.

Please note:
The return shipping costs from your home to our facility are at your own expense.
These costs are approximately £10–£20 per parcel, depending on your region — please check with your local carrier for exact rates.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all original accessories and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.

We will process your refund within 21 days of your return request, provided we have received the returned item in good condition.
